Participation Conditions, Application and Contract Form - For Exhibitors -International Specialized Trade Fair GIFTS EXPO is Eastern Europe?s Biggest Fair of Gifts, Souvenirs, Tableware, Costume Jewellery, Christmas and Festive decorations. The fair is held in Moscow exhibition complexes GOSTINY DVOR and MANEZH.

Registration fee includes brief information about company in the official fair catalogue, badges and free invitation cards.

Rent of complete furnished package includes electro supply source connection and consumption of the lighting electric power.

Rent of space only does not include either electro supply source connection and consumption of the lighting electric power or carpet.

In case of two-storied booth construction and exposition allocation outside the pavilion, the 2^nd store and open area exposition space is paid 50 % rate of non-equipped space.

Minimum booth size is 9 sq.m.

Payment schedule:
The company which has signed the contract on participation in the exhibition, pays registration fee of EUR 200.00 and 50% of the overall sum of the contract within 3 days what is a confirmation on reserving the booth at the exhibition, the next 50% the company pays till January 25, 2012 (for Spring edition) and till July 10, 2012 (for Autumn edition)
